Eyebrow lifting exercise
– Place your fingers above each eyebrow.
– Gently press on the eyebrow and lift it while trying to lower the eyebrow by resisting the pressure.
– Repeat the exercise 10 times. This exercise helps tighten the forehead and eyebrow area.

“Wide Smile” Exercise
– Smile widely with your lips closed.
– Try to lift the corners of your mouth upwards.
– Hold this position for 10 seconds, then relax.
– Repeat the exercise 10 times. This exercise helps strengthen and tighten the cheek muscles.

Cheek Puffing Exercise
– Take a deep breath and fill your cheeks with air.
– Move the air from one cheek to the other slowly.
– Continue doing this for 10 seconds, then exhale slowly.
– Repeat the exercise 5 times. This exercise helps strengthen the cheek muscles and improve skin elasticity.

Jaw Lifting Exercise:
– Sit up straight while looking forward.
– Press the lower lip to the upper lip by lifting it.
– Hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax.
– Repeat the exercise 10 times. This exercise helps strengthen the jaw and neck muscles.
