Menstrual cycle for men

Do men have a menstrual cycle?

The menstrual cycle is the difference in the proportion of sex hormones in the blood, whether for men or women, at periodic times corrected by some physiological and psychological symptoms

This is what happens to women at fixed times accompanied by blood in the so-called menstruation

Men have symptoms of low and high testosterone in the so-called testosterone cycle, which is the male hormone, as its levels rise in men in the morning, and decrease in the evening, and testosterone levels can vary from day to day, which leads to men feeling a set of symptoms similar to the symptoms of the menstrual cycle in women.

How does menstrual cycle occur for men?
Men’s menstrual cycle refers to a rise and fall in male hormone levels, and since these changes in the hormone occur on a daily basis, this means that men’s menstrual cycle occurs daily, and therefore it is called the daily testosterone cycle, unlike the menstrual cycle for women, which occurs on a monthly basis. They are as follows:

High testosterone levels: A man’s testosterone levels usually rise in the morning and after waking up, which explains the mood changes in men during this period.
Therefore, this period is considered the best time for sex, as testosterone levels rise, a man’s libido increases, and it is also the best period to measure male hormone levels.

Low testosterone levels: Over the day, testosterone levels begin to gradually decrease, and the man’s genitals relax increases, which leads to a decrease in men’s libido, but sex drive can rise when a man is exposed to irritants, such as foreplay before intimacy between spouses, in case of wanting sex.
With daily highs and lows in testosterone levels, a man’s menstrual cycle is regular and normal, and it indicates good health.

If hormone levels continue to drop and symptoms of this decrease appear, such as lack of libido and other symptoms, this means that there is an imbalance in hormones.
