The best exercises to strengthen the nerves.

Walking on the heels and toes exercise:

Stand straight and start walking on the heels of your feet for a short distance, then walk on the tips of your toes, as this exercise helps strengthen the nerves that control the balance of the feet and legs.

Tennis ball squeeze exercise

Hold the tennis ball in your hand and squeeze it with maximum force for 5-10 seconds, then relax and repeat the exercise 10-15 times for each hand, as it strengthens the nerves in the hands and increases muscle strength.

Balance walking exercise:

Walk in a straight line on a rope or a line drawn on the ground while maintaining balance, which enhances coordination between the nerves and muscles and helps improve balance.

Thumb squeeze exercise
Use the thumb to squeeze each finger of the other hand in succession, starting from the little finger to the thumb and repeat the exercise 10 times for each hand, and this exercise helps improve the coordination of the nerves between the hands and fingers.

Exercise to strengthen the nerves in the hands and feet

Use a small rubber ball and roll it under the soles of the feet or between your hands to compress and massage the nerves. Do this for 5 minutes for each hand or foot, which improves nerve activation in the extremities and improves blood circulation.
