Foods that increase fertility

1. Dark leafy greens:
Such as spinach, cabbage, and broccoli. These vegetables are rich in folic acid, which plays an important role in promoting ovulation and embryo development. Folic acid also helps reduce the risk of birth defects in the fetus.
2. Fatty fish:
Such as salmon, tuna, and sardines, as they contain omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to improving the quality of eggs and sperm, enhancing hormonal balance, and reducing inflammation in the body.
3. Nuts and seeds:
Such as walnuts, almonds, and flax seeds. These foods contain healthy fatty acids such as omega-3, in addition to antioxidants and zinc that help improve the quality of sperm and eggs and enhance the overall health of the reproductive system.
4. Legumes:
Such as lentils, beans, and chickpeas. Legumes are rich in plant protein and iron, which are two essential elements for improving ovulation. They also enhance the stability of blood sugar levels, which supports hormonal balance.
5. Fruits rich in antioxidants:

Such as berries, pomegranates, and grapes. Antioxidants such as vitamins C and E protect reproductive cells from damage caused by free radicals, which improves the quality of eggs and sperm.

6. Foods rich in zinc:

Such as oysters, cashews, and red meat. Zinc is an essential mineral for improving male fertility, as it enhances testosterone production and improves sperm quality. For women, zinc helps improve egg health and regulate the menstrual cycle
