Tips to protect the skin from wrinkles

- Commit to eating foods rich in vitamins that help increase the freshness of the skin, especially fruits and vegetables.
- Getting enough sleep helps reduce the rate of wrinkles.
- Eating foods that contain antioxidants such as vitamins A, for example (sweet potatoes – spinach – carrots – broccoli – mango – papaya)
- Eat a lot of soybeans and fish, as fish contain Omega 3, which is an acid that helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Eating soybeans can also protect the face and heal it from the damage of solar rays that increase the likelihood of wrinkles.
