The most important exercises to treat knee roughness.

Foot lifting exercises:

At first, this exercise may work to reduce the severity of knee roughness, and its steps begin as follows:

Lie on your back.
The feet should be extended straight forward, with one of them slightly raised from the surface.
Stay in that position for 10 to 15 seconds, and then lower the foot slowly.
This exercise should be repeated with each foot replaced once.

Hamstring stretching:

This exercise may only require a minute for each foot, and its steps are as follows:

At first, you should lie on your back with your feet bent.
Second: Raise one of your feet while bent, so that you can bring the knee closer to the chest area.
Third: Start by bending your hands behind the thigh area and extending the foot straight up.
Then pull the foot while it is straight towards the head.
For the best result, it is preferable to continue for a few seconds in this position.
Bend your foot and return it to the ground slowly.

Finally, switch feet and repeat these steps.

Thigh muscle exercises:

Lie on your back.

Bend one foot and keep the other straight.

Place a towel under the extended foot.

Tighten the front thigh muscles, pull the knee back and hold this position for a few seconds.

Repeat the exercise by switching between feet.
