Start eating light foods such as white rice, bananas, apples, and toast.
Avoid fatty, spicy foods, and carbonated drinks.

Antiemetics: Your doctor may prescribe medications to reduce vomiting.
Antidiarrheals: such as loperamide, but it is preferable to use them under medical supervision.
Antibiotics: They are given only if the infection is bacterial, and are not used in the case of viral infections.
