Information about the pineapple diet to burn fat.

First, pineapple is considered a nutritional value and useful in losing weight and burning fat. The pineapple diet is known as an effective diet by relying on a diet in which pineapple is an essential element that cannot be dispensed with.

Pineapple diet method :

This diet is an integrated diet to lose weight, which is followed for three or five days, by organizing the three meals so that pineapple is an essential element.

For example, breakfast is a cup of pineapple juice with a boiled egg, then drink 1 cup of pineapple juice, and lunch is 2 slices of pineapple with an addition to a salad plate, and dinner consists of a plate of tuna salad with two slices of pineapple and a small spoon of olive oil.
