This system is accompanied by many benefits such as improving heart health and avoiding strokes that may occur as a result of overeating during eating periods.

1. Gradual fasting:

Start with moderate fasting hours and gradually increase them. For example, start with 12 hours and then increase it to 14 hours and so on until you reach longer periods such as 18 or 20 hours.

2. Drink beneficial fluids:

During fasting, you can drink fluids that do not raise insulin levels such as coffee (with MCT oil or organic butter), various types of tea, and lemon juice with apple cider vinegar. Some experts also recommend drinking bone broth to get the necessary minerals.

3. Eat salts and minerals:

Natural salts such as Himalayan salt and sea salt, and minerals such as magnesium and potassium are essential to support vital processes in the body and prevent dehydration.

4. Meals rich in vitamins and minerals:
