Tips for treating sagging skin

1. Exercise:
Resistance exercises: such as weightlifting and bodyweight exercises (squats, lunges) help strengthen the muscles under the skin and thus tighten the skin.
Cardio exercises: such as running or cycling can improve blood circulation and help burn excess fat.
Yoga or Pilates exercises: help improve body flexibility and tighten muscles.
2. Maintain skin hydration:
Drinking water: helps maintain skin moisture and elasticity, which contributes to reducing sagging.
Using skin moisturizers: Creams containing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, and shea butter moisturize the skin and make it look tight.
3. Proper nutrition:
Eating proteins: Protein helps build muscle, which may help improve the appearance of sagging skin.
Foods rich in vitamin C: enhance the production of collagen necessary for skin elasticity, such as citrus fruits and berries.
Foods rich in omega-3: help improve skin health and are found in fatty fish such as salmon and nuts.
4. Use topical creams:
Skin tightening creams: Creams containing retinol or collagen may help improve skin elasticity over time.
Skin exfoliating creams: Products containing alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) help renew skin cells and improve its texture.
