Important tips for healthy hair

1. Proper nutrition:

Eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals such as biotin, vitamin D, zinc, and omega-3. These elements promote hair growth and strengthen it.
Eat proteins such as legumes, meat, and eggs, as proteins are the basis for hair formation.

2. Regular moisturizing:
Use hair conditioner after every wash to moisturize the hair and prevent dryness.
Try using natural oils such as argan oil, coconut, or olive oil to moisturize the hair and protect it from damage.

3. Avoid excessive heat:
Reduce the use of heat styling tools such as dryers and irons, or use low heat settings.
Use a heat protectant to protect the hair when using heat styling tools.

4. Regular cutting:
Trim the ends of the hair every 6-8 weeks to get rid of split ends and maintain its healthy appearance.

5. Scalp massage:
