How to make a rosemary oil bath for hair
Ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons of rosemary oil (you can use rosemary essential oil diluted with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or olive oil).
A carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil.
A few drops of peppermint oil (optional to stimulate blood circulation more).
Method:
Heat the oil: Warm the carrier oil (such as coconut oil or olive oil) in a suitable container over low heat. Do not overheat it.
Add rosemary: Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to the warm oil (if concentrated). If you are using non-concentrated rosemary oil, use about 3-4 tablespoons.
Apply the oil: Gently massage the oil into your scalp using your fingers in circular motions to promote blood circulation. Allow the oil to penetrate the hair to the ends.
Cover the hair: Cover your hair with a warm towel or shower cap for 30-60 minutes to allow the oil to penetrate the scalp and hair.
Washing: Wash your hair with a suitable shampoo to remove oil. You can repeat the wash if necessary to ensure that all oil residue is removed.
