Benefits of yoga for pregnant women:

  1. Improving the health of the pregnant woman’s body,
  2. Helps pump blood better.
  3. Reducing the feeling of tension that a woman feels during pregnancy.
  4. Increases the strength and flexibility of the pelvic muscles.
  5. Relieves back pain during childbirth.
  6. Strengthens the heart muscle.
  7. Relieves the tension that a pregnant woman feels during childbirth.
  8. Encourages the child to take the best position for birth.
  9. Helps the pregnant woman to stand better after childbirth.

First exercise:

Start by lying on your back, then extend your hands forward away from the body, then raise your back and feet up a little, then tighten your abdominal muscles lightly, and hold the position as much as possible, and repeat it 3-4 times.

Second exercise:

Lie on the ground and then kneel on a slightly high pillow, and fold your knees. It is preferable to repeat this exercise 5 times, which helps stimulate blood circulation to the fetus and strengthen the knees.
