First exercise:
Start by lying on your back, then extend your hands forward away from the body, then raise your back and feet up a little, then tighten your abdominal muscles lightly, and hold the position as much as possible, and repeat it 3-4 times.
Second exercise:
Lie on the ground and then kneel on a slightly high pillow, and fold your knees. It is preferable to repeat this exercise 5 times, which helps stimulate blood circulation to the fetus and strengthen the knees.
