Arm Slimming Exercises
Arm Circles:
This exercise strengthens the muscles surrounding the shoulders and arms.
How to perform: Stand straight and extend your arms to the sides, then make small circular movements forward and backward.
. Plank:
Strengthens the body in general and targets the arm and abdominal muscles.
How to perform: Lie on your stomach and raise your body on your forearms and toes, and maintain this position for as long as possible.
. Hammer Curls:
This exercise focuses on the upper arm muscles.
How to perform: Stand and hold a dumbbell in each hand, then lift the dumbbells in the same way as traditional biceps exercises but with the grip rotated so that the palm of the hand is facing inward.
. Tricep Kickbacks:
Strengthens the triceps muscles.
How to perform: Bend slightly forward, hold a dumbbell in your hand, then extend your arm straight back.
